1. Who we are

This privacy policy applies to the websites www.122labs.com and www.rehabilitationcircle.com (together: "the websites"). The controller of your personal data is 122 Labs LLC, 3000 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306, USA, together with 122 Labs sp. z o.o., Palace of Culture and Science, Plac Defilad 1/2721, 00-901 Warszawa, Poland. 2. What data we process and why

Server logs

When you visit the websites, our hosting providers automatically record technical information in server logs: your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, the referring page, browser type and operating system. We use this data solely to deliver the websites securely and to detect and investigate abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the websites securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our hosting providers' standard retention periods.

Correspondence

If you write to us by e-mail, we process the data you provide (such as your name, e-mail address and the content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as it is necessary to handle your enquiry and for the applicable limitation periods.

No analytics and no advertising

The websites do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, social media plugins or any other tracking technologies.

3. Cookies and local storage

The websites do not set any tracking cookies. The only information stored in your browser is a single technical entry in local storage which remembers that you have closed the cookie notice, so that it is not shown to you again. This entry is strictly necessary and does not identify you. Fonts used on the websites are hosted on our own servers, so no data is sent to external font providers.

4. Embedded third-party content

Some pages contain videos hosted on YouTube and maps provided by Google Maps. This content is not loaded automatically. A placeholder is shown instead and the content is only loaded from Google's servers after you click on it. From that moment on, Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) and Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) may process your IP address and set their own cookies in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). If you do not want any data to be sent to Google, simply do not click on the placeholders.

5. Recipients of data and international transfers

Your data may be processed by our hosting providers acting as processors on our behalf, and, after you click on embedded content, by Google as an independent controller. Google may transfer data to the United States; such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. 7. Security

The websites are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data we process against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features to the websites. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date of the last update.
